🔬A 2010 study by the Harvard Business School graded Mumbai Dabbawala's “Six Sigma”, which means they make fewer than 3.4 mistakes per million transactions.

On a similar note, Six Sigma do applies to politicians where MAY be 3 out of 1M are good 😊.

Exception are always there.

Life 🧬 still flows though. Harvard still conducts research on different topics and Dabbawalla's still delivering the meals with perfection.
